Welcome to the Tanoa at Elk Meadow Home Owners Association (THOA) website. This site satisfies the requirements of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and SB05-100, by making our THOA BOD and neighborhood documents readily available to homeowners.
- Use the HOA documents tab to locate copies of the THOA ruling documents including By-Laws, Covenants, and Master Declaration.
- Realtors and Land Title Companies should refer to the information in the Realtor & Title Info tab for document disclosures.
- In the Homeowners tab, homeowners can locate important neighborhood and Board of Directors information including BOD and homeowner contact info, BOD meeting minutes, and THOA budget details.
