Welcome to the Tanoa at Elk Meadow Home Owners Association (THOA) web page. This site satisfies the requirements of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and SB05-100, by making our THOA documents readily available to Homeowners.

Here you will find copies of the THOA ruling documents including By-Laws, Covenants, and our Master Declaration. Under the Homeowners section, Association Members will find current news and announcements, Board of Directors Meeting Minutes, Budget information, and other documents or information required to be disclosed by the Board of Directors and the THOA. 

Realtors and Land Title Companies should refer to the information contained under the Realtor & Title Co. tab BEFORE contacting THOA Board Members with requests for document disclosure.
